Company-supported online degree programs

Each year, thousands of employees benefit from company-supported participation in Capella University online degree programs. Capella University currently has education alliances with more than 100 corporations, including Johnson & Johnson, Farmers Insurance, and Xerox.

Tuition discounts and other benefits

As an employee of a corporate alliance program (CAP) member company, you are eligible for a range of benefits including tuition discounts for you and your immediate family members and, in some cases, scholarship opportunities.

College credit for prior learning

In addition to tuition cost savings, Capella University can save you valuable time. Through a petition process, Capella may award academic credit for relevant university, corporate, military and professional learning experiences.

 

Alumni report on career advancement

In the 2004 Capella University Alumni Outcomes Survey, 94 percent of respondents reported that the knowledge and skills gained in Capella degree programs increased their career options. In addition,
